Do I need to be home?

No. We arrive on time, work cleanly, and send walkthrough photos when we're done. Side gate code, parking notes, dog warning — flag it the day before and we sort it.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or cash — whichever is easiest for you, once the job's done and you're happy with it. Details come by text on the day. No deposit, no card, no chase.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

In honesty, we've never had a customer not happy. Every surface gets the best finish we can give it, and if any patch needs another pass we come back free — no quibble, no admin. The job's only "done" when you say it is.

Are you insured?
